1. About Floral Feathers
Floral Feathers is a small, independent Canadian creative business. Products are designed and created by Lisa Berry and may be handmade, printed, assembled, or produced in my home studio.
Because many of my products are handmade or individually created, small variations in colour, placement, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of what makes handmade artwork and products unique.
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices on the Floral Feathers website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase. Floral Feathers is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Processing & Shipping
Floral Feathers currently ships within Canada only.
Orders are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Floral Feathers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, postal disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated delivery information and shipping details will be provided during the checkout process.
4. Returns
I want you to be happy with your Floral Feathers purchase. Returns are accepted on eligible physical products.
If you would like to return an item, please contact Floral Feathers before sending anything back.
Items being returned should be in their original condition and, where applicable, unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for customer-requested returns. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Floral Feathers or otherwise required by applicable law.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
5. Damaged Items
I carefully package your order, but unfortunately things can sometimes happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Floral Feathers as soon as possible and provide:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage
A description of what happened
For damaged-item claims, you may be required to return the damaged item to Floral Feathers for inspection.
Please do not throw away the damaged item or packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Once the returned item has been received and the damage has been reviewed, Floral Feathers will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact Floral Feathers as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, if applicable, photographs of what you received.
If Floral Feathers made an error with your order, I will work with you to correct the issue. You will not be responsible for shipping of missing items.
7. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, cancellation requests are accepted.
Please contact Floral Feathers as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, I will do my best to cancel it and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that situation, the order may need to be handled through the applicable return process.
8. Digital Downloads
Floral Feathers also offers digital products and downloads.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds once the file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where the digital product is defective or there has been an error with your order.
Digital products are for personal use only unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or commercially use Floral Feathers digital files or artwork without written permission.
If you experience a problem downloading your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
9. Artwork & Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, written content, digital files, logos, and other creative content on the Floral Feathers website are the property of Floral Feathers/Lisa Berry unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to the customer.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, resell, or commercially use Floral Feathers artwork or designs without written permission.
10. Product Colours & Appearance
I make every effort to photograph and display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your computer, phone, tablet, monitor, or other device.
Handmade products may also have slight variations from the photographs shown on the website.
These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
11. Website Information
Floral Feathers makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other website information are accurate.
If an error is discovered, Floral Feathers reserves the right to correct the information.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, I will contact you to discuss the available options.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided when placing an order is used to process and fulfill your purchase, communicate with you about your order, and provide customer service.
13. Changes to These Terms
Floral Feathers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version posted on this website will be the current version and will include the date it was last updated.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
